Shipping Schedule
Due to the operational hours of the house, we cannot guarantee specific shipping dates. However, we assure you that your order will be shipped within 3-4 working days. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, and all orders are dispatched via UK Royal Mail.

 

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.  For the shipping details regarding our limited editions, see the specific price in item description.

 

International Shipping
For orders being delivered outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that import duties and local sales taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. Customs clearance fees may also apply, and these vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

 

Pickup Orders
For customers who prefer to collect their orders in person, we offer a pickup option. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Pickup Location: Orders can be collected from our designated location. The address will be provided in your order confirmation email.
  • Pickup Hours: Pickup is available during our operational hours, which you will be notified of via email. Please ensure to arrange your pickup during these times.
  • Notification: You will receive a notification via email once your order is ready for pickup. Please do not come to collect your order until you have received this confirmation.
  • Identification: When picking up your order, please bring a valid form of identification and your order confirmation email.

 

Uncollected Orders
If an order is not picked up within 30 days from the notification email stating that it is ready for collection, the following policies will apply:

  • Return to Stock: The item will be returned to our inventory, and a refund will be issued for the purchase price.
  • Notification: You will receive a notification via email regarding the return of your item to stock and the processing of your refund.
  • Reordering: If you still wish to purchase the item after it has been returned, you will need to place a new order.

We encourage customers to pick up their orders promptly to avoid any inconvenience.

 

Sustainable Packaging
All effort has been made to choose sustainable packaging options. We re-use as much packaging as possible and choose recyclable options where we can.
